Flip & Decide does not collect any personal information, email addresses, device identifiers, or usage analytics. The app does not require registration, login, or internet-based communication for core functionality.

We believe in total transparency: your decisions, flips, and preferences never leave your device.

2. Local device storage

To provide a seamless experience, Flip & Decide stores certain preferences locally on your device. This data is never synced to the cloud or shared externally.

• 🌓 Theme preference (light/dark/system)
• 🔔 Notification reminder settings

When you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is automatically removed.

3. Notifications (reminders)

The app may ask for permission to send optional reminder notifications. These notifications are generated locally on your device and never transmit any information to external servers.

• ✅ You can enable or disable notifications at any time in system settings
• ✅ Reminders are purely for your convenience — no analytics attached

4. App permissions explained

Flip & Decide requests only essential permissions, each with a clear purpose:

• VIBRATE — provides haptic feedback when you flip or decide.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — enables optional reminder notifications (Android 13+).
• INTERNET — used only to load external legal pages like this privacy policy or the payment/refund hub. No user data is sent over the network.

No storage, camera, contacts, or location permissions are required.

5. Third‑party services

We intentionally avoid third-party trackers, analytics SDKs, and advertising networks. Flip & Decide does not integrate with:

• ❌ Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics
• ❌ Crashlytics or performance monitors
• ❌ Ad mediation or remarketing tools
• ❌ Social media SDKs (Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Your privacy is not a commodity.

6. Children’s privacy

Flip & Decide does not collect any personal data from anyone, including children under 13. Because no information is gathered, the app complies with COPPA and similar child privacy regulations by design.

Parents and guardians can be confident that no behavioral tracking or data sharing occurs.

7. Data security

• 🔒 All data resides locally on your device (internal storage).
• ☁️ No cloud databases, no remote servers, no data backups.
• 🧹 Uninstalling the app completely removes all stored history and preferences.
• 🛡️ No encryption required because no sensitive information ever leaves your device.

8. Your rights & control

You remain in full control of Flip & Decide at all times:

• 🗑️ Clear flip history and decision lists directly from settings.
• 🔕 Disable notifications via system settings or in-app toggles.
• 📱 Uninstall the application whenever you choose — no residual data remains.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect improvements, legal clarifications, or feature changes. The latest version will always be available within the app and on the NeuroNova Tech privacy hub. Updates are effective immediately upon posting.

If we ever make significant changes that affect your rights, we will highlight them via an in-app notice.
